The Winters Police Department operates from a service orientation philosophy in addressing community concerns and maximizing your safety.
The members of the department strive to provide the highest levels of police services to all residents of our community, but we need your help. Community partnerships are essential in helping make Winters a safer community. It is important that each citizen be our extra eyes and ears in reporting suspicious activity to the department. It is only by working together that we can truly provide a safe environment to raise our families.
